Standing Nei Kung
This meditation class blends many techniques of
Mind-body and Spirit unification, a process of
internal (Nei) cultivation (Kung), on your own
harmonious way (Do), to a natural balancing,
self healing and happiness. Our Master
synthesizes over 30 years of experience in
Taoism, Zen, west European self-hypnosis
techniques (Schulz autogen training) as well as
self massage techniques (Do In), Shiatsu and
Kuatsu (Japanese pressure methods ).
The class is a continuous living experience,
diving in the darkness of subconscious levels.
The immediate result is a peaceful relation
with the self and higher tolerance on stress.
The meditation is approached structurally, as
a method, from very simple body kinesthetic
perception, to deep internal energy
circulation, control and balancing. With time,
students learn to leave outside the Dojo the
ego, the very external definition of self, the
struggle and aggression to win and be "#1",
allowing the natural peace and inner smile to
come on the surface, showing the real beauty
of serenity, unity, harmony.
Sitting Nei Kung
With time, you will experience a number
of important benefits:
- Greater relaxation and tranquility
- Improved awareness of your body
- Better concentration and emotional
control
- More creative thinking
- Improve immunity and cardiovascular
system
